Smart glasses, made practical

Choose technology that helps people do more, with less friction.

Whether you are exploring everyday AI assistance, remote support, guided work, or a private virtual screen, we help you understand the options and move forward with confidence.

Clear choices

Understand the practical trade-offs: audio, cameras, displays, comfort, battery life, privacy, and suitability for the job.

A fit for the way you work

Choose technology that supports the people, environment, and tasks you actually have, not a generic list of features.

Help beyond the hardware

Where it matters, we can shape the software, integrations, and guidance that make the glasses genuinely useful.

Support that stays close

Get a local route for stock, onboarding, repairs, replacements, and answers as your use of the technology grows.

How we help

The right glasses, the right setup, and support when it matters.

Start with a practical conversation about your needs. We then match the right product, help set it up, and remain available when your people need support.

01

Functional Matchmaking

We map business goals, safety constraints, environments, and user behavior to the right device class before procurement starts.

  • Brand-agnostic product selection
  • Commercial and industrial use-case mapping
  • Clear expectations on what glasses can and cannot do
02

Software Around the Hardware

We do not stop at the spec sheet. We shape the workflow, integrations, and user experience needed to make smart glasses useful in the field.

  • Custom applications and guided workflows
  • Policy enforcement and role-based usage
  • Integration planning for enterprise systems
03

Local Service, Repair, and Continuity

We keep stock, coordinate repairs, and support long-term rollouts so clients have one practical point of contact when something needs attention.

  • Swap stock and local support model
  • Repair intake and insurance coordination
  • Operational support during pilots and scale-up

The expert workflow

Start with the person and the problem, not the product.

Your needs become a clear brief. Our matrix turns that brief into an informed recommendation, and our service layer keeps the chosen solution useful over time.

The outcome

A recommended solution, with a support plan behind it.

Real-world capability

Smart glasses should make life and work move more easily.

The right capability depends on the person, the place, and the job. We make the possibilities plain, then turn the useful ones into a practical, governed workflow.

01

Replace the screen

Put instructions, calls, maps, checklists, and the right information in view while hands stay free.

02

Listen and capture

Use audio, video, and field capture with clear rules for privacy, consent, storage, and access.

03

Understand the moment

Bring AI assistance into the workflow so people can identify, translate, explain, and decide faster.

04

Keep work moving

Guide tasks, record completion, connect experts on demand, and reduce friction across travel, production, and service work.

Where it helps

Put timely information and expertise closer to the people doing the work.

Smart glasses can be valuable wherever people need hands-free guidance, remote expertise, AI assistance, inspection, or a better way to complete tasks while they are moving.

What you can expect

A clear path from first question to everyday use.

A solution that fits

Get a recommendation that reflects your people, tasks, setting, and budget, rather than a one-size-fits-all product pitch.

Guidance through the setup

Move from first conversation to pilot and rollout with practical advice, onboarding, and help around the way your team works.

Clear data and usage rules

Understand privacy, data ownership, permissions, and the rules that make the technology comfortable and responsible to use.

Support that stays close

Access stock, repairs, replacement routes, and real people who can help when something needs attention.

Introducing AI Club

Real world. Real advice. Real connection.

AI Club is a member community for people and organizations who want practical help with AI, smart glasses, and the technology around them. Members pay a transparent club fee for useful information, access to a trusted portal, peer connection, and a clear route to support when products reach the end of their life.

Built for members, not hype
01

Real-world intelligence

Practical member conversations, tested use cases, implementation lessons, and clear advice from people who work with the products.

02

A trusted member portal

A place to compare real experience, find reputable solutions, ask questions, and build relationships around AI and smart glasses.

03

No-fuss replacement pathway

For eligible non-repairable devices, members can access a defined replacement benefit from club stock under clear published terms.

04

A fair surplus model

The ambition is a not-for-profit club: keep fees transparent, fund the community and service, then return or reinvest any surplus fairly.

The club model

Information and shared confidence first.

AI Club is designed as a membership service, not an insurance product. The replacement benefit, eligibility, fair-use limits, stock model, and surplus-return approach will be set out transparently in the club rules and reviewed with legal and insurance specialists before launch. Where formal insurance is appropriate, we will work with an authorised insurer rather than improvise it.

The AI Vision Expert promise

We stay close to the product and the people using it.

AI Vision Expert is a family-run business led by a father and son. That means thoughtful advice, a direct relationship, and people who remain accountable after the equipment arrives.

We help organizations put the right smart glasses, software, and support around the people who need them in the real world.

Support layer

More than delivery. An operating layer around your glasses.

Support for your products

We supply different types of smart glasses from reputable vendors, selected for the job, then remain the reachable point of contact.

Fleet management

Keep track of devices, assignments, spares, lifecycle decisions, and the practical conditions needed to support a growing rollout.

Repairs and continuity

Relevant stock, repair intake, replacement routes, warranty questions, and insurance coordination help keep work moving.

Membership and expertise

AI Club adds a long-term member relationship for advice, portal access, onboarding, practical replacement routes, and tailored consulting as needs evolve.

What guides us

01

Long-term support

We stay present after the product is delivered, with a practical plan for use, replacement, and change.

02

Sustainable solutions

Choose the right device class first, extend useful life through repair, and avoid unnecessary hardware churn.

03

Cost-performance balance

Match capability to the job so clients pay for outcomes, not features they will never use.

04

Happy customers

A clear recommendation, thoughtful onboarding, and reachable local help make adoption easier for real people.

Getting started

A practical way to explore smart glasses with confidence.

01

Start with the need: industrial assistance, personal assistance, a replacement screen, automation, custom software, or secure data.

02

Use the product matrix to match the job to the right display, camera, audio, controls, ruggedness, and software profile.

03

Recommend the right glasses and shape the workflow, policy, integrations, and pilot around them.

04

Keep the solution working with stock, fleet management, repairs, membership support, and a clear route to scale.

Clear and responsible

Use the technology with confidence.

Smart glasses work best when people understand what they can do, what they cannot do, and what good use looks like in their own environment.

We help clarify data handling, user permissions, practical policy, and support expectations before people rely on the technology day to day.

Next step

Bring smart glasses into the real world, with people behind the promise.

AI Vision Expert can help a team explore whether smart glasses will help their people, run a meaningful pilot, and build toward a supported commercial rollout across the Netherlands, Europe, or Africa.
