Effective date: 30 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of AIVisionExpert.com (“AIVisionExpert”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

AIVisionExpert provides information, comparisons, assessments and guidance relating to smart glasses, wearable AI devices and associated products and services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using AIVisionExpert.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or its services.

2. What AIVisionExpert does

AIVisionExpert helps individuals and organisations understand, compare and select smart glasses and related technologies.

Our services may include product comparisons, product classifications, market-specific assessments, suitability assessments, technical information, articles, recommendations and direct assistance in selecting products.

Some products may be supplied by third-party manufacturers, distributors or resellers. Where AIVisionExpert acts as a reseller, referral partner or other commercial intermediary, the applicable role will be made clear to the customer.

3. Product information and assessments

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and current.

However, smart-glasses products, specifications, software capabilities, availability, pricing, geographic support and manufacturer policies change frequently.

Information may originate from manufacturers, distributors, public sources, independent testing, user reports or our own analysis.

AIVisionExpert therefore does not guarantee that every specification or statement on the website will remain complete or current.

Users should confirm characteristics that are important to a purchasing or deployment decision before committing to a product.

4. Scores, rankings and recommendations

AIVisionExpert may assess products according to factors such as functionality, usability, availability, support, privacy, regulatory considerations, market suitability and other relevant criteria.

Scores and recommendations represent an assessment based on the evidence available at the time.

They are intended to support decision-making and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular product will be suitable for every individual, organisation or use case.

A ranking or score is not necessarily a ranking of overall product quality. A product may perform very well for one purpose or market and poorly for another.

Where appropriate, AIVisionExpert will distinguish between manufacturer claims, independently verified information, observations and opinions.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

AIVisionExpert may use artificial-intelligence systems and automated tools to assist with research, classification, summarisation, comparison and analysis.

AI-generated or AI-assisted information may contain errors. Where information is important to a purchasing, safety, regulatory or business decision, users should verify it against authoritative information or contact us for clarification.

AIVisionExpert remains responsible for the services it provides and does not treat AI-generated output as inherently authoritative.

6. Manufacturer and third-party relationships

AIVisionExpert is independent of manufacturers unless a specific relationship is stated.

We may establish reseller, referral, distribution, affiliate or other commercial relationships with manufacturers or suppliers.

Where such a relationship is material to understanding a recommendation or transaction, we will disclose it appropriately.

The inclusion of a product on AIVisionExpert.com does not itself imply endorsement by the manufacturer or an official partnership.

7. Third-party websites and services

AIVisionExpert may link to websites, applications and services operated by manufacturers and other third parties.

Those services are controlled by their respective operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content or practices of third-party services.

8. Purchases

Where AIVisionExpert offers products for direct purchase, the customer will receive the legally required information relating to the seller, product, price, delivery, payment, warranty, cancellation and any applicable right of withdrawal before completing the purchase.

Additional sales, delivery, repair, warranty or service conditions may apply to a particular transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

If AIVisionExpert later becomes a full online shop, this section should be supplemented by dedicated General Terms and Conditions of Sale, because Dutch consumer rules require information about matters such as pricing, delivery, statutory guarantees and withdrawal rights to be made clear before an online purchase.

9. User communications and submissions

If you contact AIVisionExpert, submit information, provide feedback or contribute an assessment, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information.

You must not knowingly submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent or infringing material.

You retain ownership of material you create. Where you deliberately submit material for publication or inclusion in the AIVisionExpert knowledge base, you grant us permission to store, process, reproduce and display that material for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the AIVisionExpert name, branding, website design, original text, product assessment methodology, scoring structures, databases and original content are owned by or licensed to AIVisionExpert.

Manufacturer names, logos, product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not systematically copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website or its databases without permission.

11. Availability of the service

We aim to keep AIVisionExpert.com available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, technical or business reasons.

12. Liability

AIVisionExpert aims to provide careful and useful information, but purchasing and deployment decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIVisionExpert is not responsible for indirect loss resulting solely from reliance on general information published on the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

13. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the AIVisionExpert Privacy Statement.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business model or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on AIVisionExpert.com together with its effective date.

Material changes affecting an existing contractual relationship will be communicated where required by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union or European Economic Area, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law applicable to you.
