Netherlands / Europe

Workshop: Noordwijkerhout, Zuid-Holland. This is the European bench and the usual first stop for EU customers.

South Africa / Southern Africa

Workshop: Ladismith, Western Cape, postcode 6655. This is the Southern African bench.

What this means in practice

• Appointments and intakes are local to a bench. Do not assume a Dutch spare is sitting in Ladismith, or the other way around.
• Quotes should say where the device must live and be supported.
• Bulletin-board classifieds should say NL or ZA, and whether the seller will ship between them.

We work with people beyond these two towns. The honest support promise is still tied to these two workshops.
