Intake, inspect, and diagnose

Photograph the device, capture the fault, and tell you what we can see before anyone opens a box or starts an RMA.

Warranty and RMA administration

We handle the manufacturer return. You do not have to run the ticket yourself.

Setup, fit, software, and onboarding

Most “broken” glasses are a setup, pairing, or policy problem. We treat that as workshop work.

A written choice

Repair, replace from stock, or stop. We will say when local repair is not the honest answer. Club members can get a replacement from club stock when the glasses cannot be repaired. That is part of the club fee, not insurance.
