How a job runs

1. Book an intake. Tell us the model, the fault, and which workshop is practical.
2. Bring the glasses, case, charger, and proof of purchase. We inspect and photograph.
3. You get a written choice: manufacturer RMA, authorised local repair if we have it, replace from stock, or a clear stop.
4. We action the path you choose and keep you informed.

Bring with the set

• The glasses and their case
• The charger or charging cable that belongs to the set
• Proof of purchase or the original order email
• The account email used to set the device up
• A short description of the fault, and when it started
